EUPSA Minimally Invasive Surgery Course

SurgeryLabs partner with the European Paediatric Surgeons' Association (EUPSA) to provide surgical simulation models for the Advanced Neonatal and Paediatric Minimal Access Surgery course.

SurgeryLabs has partnered with the European Paediatric Surgeons' Association (EUPSA) to provide models for their Advanced Neonatal and Paediatric Minimal Access Surgery course.

The two-day course, which took place on the 17th and 18th of March, aimed to improve the skills of paediatric surgeons performing neonatal minimal invasive surgery.

The training day was a great success, with positive feedback from all attendees and facilitators.

SurgeryLabs provided our oesophageal atresia and congenital diaphragmatic hernia models for the training day, which included realistic replicas of neonatal organs and tissue. We also provided our laparoscopic suturing pads to enable trainees to practice core minimally invasive skills. Our models have been designed to simulate various surgical scenarios, allowing the trainees to practice different procedures and techniques.

SurgeryLabs has been working to improve medical education and training through the use of surgical simulation models since its founding. The partnership with EUPSA marks another step forward for SurgeryLabs in their mission to improve patient outcomes by enhancing surgical education and training.
